TERRE HAUTE, Indiana – The Drake University softball team split the afternoon at Indiana State Friday. The Bulldogs fell by one in game won and then took home the win in game two.

The Sycamores took an early lead after Bella Peterson homer to right field, recording three RBI's to take a 3-0 lead over the Bulldogs.
Abi Chipps singled to bring Grace Hunger across home and take the 4-0 lead over Drake.
In the top of the seventh, slammed a ball into left field for a solo home run to put the Bulldogs on the board 4-1.
