Bulldogs run rule Evansville in conference opener.
EVANSVILLE, Indiana -- The Drake University softball team conquered Evansville, 10-1, in its conference opener Saturday March 19.
The two teams were scheduled for a double header, but decided to only play one game Saturday due to rain in the Evansville area. The two will have a double header Sunday instead.
In the top of the third, Macy Johnson singled up the middle allowing Libby Ryan to score and give Drake the 1-0 lead.
