BETHEL, Ohio – The Drake University rowing team is set to compete at the 2016 Mid-America Collegiate Rowing Association Championship (MACRA) this Sunday at Lake Harsha, a 2,000-meter course located 30 minutes east of Cincinnati, Ohio, in East Fork Lake State Park.
MACRA is being hosted at Lake Harsha for the first time after being held in Ypsilanti, Mich. for several years. The course was for the 2015 US Rowing Club Nationals and other US Rowing Youth/Junior regattas. Sunday is the final tune-up for Drake to prepare for its conference championship in two weeks, May 15, when the Bulldogs compete for their second-ever Metro Atlantic Athletic Championship in Princeton, NJ.
