Drake rowing will travel north to the University of Minnesota for a controlled scrimmage against the Golden Gopher novices and varsity fours on Saturday, April 9. The format will consist of time pieces rather than distance pieces.

"I want to thank the University of Minnesota for letting us come up," head coach Charlie DiSilvestro said. "The weather will be chilly when we get started but will warm up throughout the day. I'm looking forward to a nice day of racing."

The Drake University rowing team impressed against host Creighton, Saint Mary's and Santa Clara at the Creighton Invite on Saturday (April 2).
