IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The Drake track & field team continued its impressive start to the indoor season at the Black & Gold Invitational inside the Hawkeye Indoor Track Facility Jan. 26-27.
"We are definitely satisfied leaving Iowa City," head coach Jay Koloseus said. "It was a big ask to match the energy from last week. However, that is exactly what our teams were able to do. We were very excited to add new athletes to the lineup and continue to adjust the record book. In meetings this week, we challenged the event groups to establish certain goals.
