The Drake University men's soccer team fell to SIUE, 2-0, Saturday evening at Cownie Soccer Complex.
The Bulldogs recorded three shots in the first few minutes of the match, but went wide on the goal or were stopped by SIUE keeper Tor Erik Larsen.
Senior's Bradan Allen, Juan Louis, and Istvan Wilhelms combined for 19 shots and four on goal throughout the match.
Drake out-shot the Cougars 31-15 and registered 18 shots in the first half alone. After attempting to craft numerous scoring opportunities, the Bulldogs were unable to get past the Cougars defense.
