DES MOINES, Iowa – Due to forecasted weather conditions, the 2018 Head of the Des Moines Regatta scheduled for Sept. 29 on the Des Moines River for the Drake University rowing team has been cancelled. The Bulldogs will now start their fall season at a new event for the program, ROWtoberfest, Oct. 6 in Chicago, Ill.
