NEW YORK -- Drake distance runner Adam Fogg received an invitation to run at the prestigious Millrose Games, held inside the famous New York City Armory on Saturday (Jan. 29) and competed in the Michael Blum Invitational Mile.
Against elite competition, Fogg finished ninth with a time of 4:07.45 and was third best among the collegiate runners competing. Shane Streich of the Atlanta Track Club won the event with a time of 3:57.98.
The Drake track & field team is scheduled to resume indoor competition at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational Feb.
