A total of 18 athletes that have competed at the Drake Relays presented by Xtream powered by Mediacom are slated to represent their nation at the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
Those Paralympians have regularly brought the Drake Stadium crowd to its feet with inspiring performances and now have the opportunity to showcase their elite athleticism on the world's biggest stage.
"These Paralympians are a part of the rich tapestry of the Drake Relays and we're eager to cheer them on as they compete in Tokyo," said Blake Boldon, the Franklin P. Johnson Director of the Drake Relays.
