DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake softball coaching staff has deepened as the Bulldogs found their next pitching coach. Molly Jacobsen McCargar joins the Bulldogs' coaching ranks, effective immediately, head coach Lindsay Diehl announced this morning.
"I have known Molly for years," Diehl said. "And we have previously talked about the potential of working together someday. The timing was right for her and her family, and I am thrilled to add her to our staff."
Jacobsen McCargar comes to Drake after a year as an Assistant Pitching Coach at the University of Missouri, where she also played a major role in the Tigers' scouting efforts.
