ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Drake point guard Katie Dinnebier collected her seventh Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week award after a prolific weekend, the league announced this afternoon.
Dinnebier had a historic week as the Bulldogs earned a pair of road wins at Murray State and Belmont. The senior point guard averaged an impressive 31.5 points, 7.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 57% from the floor and 48% from 3-point range. Dinnebier opened her week with 21 points, seven assists, six rebounds and four steals against the Racers.
