DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake track & field team hosted the Jim Duncan Invitational Friday, April 14 with multiple school and personal bests set.
Anthony Barmes continued to better his own school and Missouri Valley Conference record in the men's hammer throw, moving the all-time mark to 231-4 while Ethan Marshall (209-7) took second on Friday with a personal best.

Centaine Noom-Duckworth set her personal best in the women's hammer throw with a heave of 184-3 to rank second all-time in program history.
