ST. LOUIS – Maggie Bair of the Drake University women's basketball team has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week, the MVC announced Monday, March 8.
This is the second career MVC Player of the Week award for Bair, who earned her first on Dec. 29 prior to the start of MVC play for Drake.
Bair helped Drake earn a pair of wins over Valparaiso with two great performances the final weekend of the regular season. Bair averaged a double-double with 16.5 points and 12.5 rebounds per game while shooting a blistering 83.
