The Drake men's soccer team was picked to finish third in the Missouri Valley Conference preseason coaches' poll, as announced by the league Thursday morning. Two Bulldogs, Braden Allen and Istvan Wilhelms, were named to the preseason All-MVC team.
Allen earned second team All-MVC honors last season and Wilhelms earned first team honors.
Missouri State earned six first place votes to take the poll's number one spot. Loyola earned three more points than the Bulldogs to take second.
