West Michigan Whitecaps manager Lance Parrish is no fan of rule changes intended to speed up the game announced Wednesday, saying "it will take awhile to get use to this."
"I guess it's just the evolution of the game, though I have to say I really don't like it," Parrish said shortly after Minor League Baseball initiated changes that include, for the Class-A level, limits on mound visits and a runner on second base for extra innings.
A third change implemented that puts a time limit between pitches, impacts Triple A and Double A but not Class A.
