NEW YORK — The boombox, still brand spanking new, sat next to Shane Greene’s locker, playing rap lyrics perhaps louder than ever before, one in particular about hanging ‘L’s’ — losses — on nobody in particular.
They ordered it while riding the bus to their pre-season workout a week ago in Toronto, a gift to the guys from Greene, back-end bullpen partner Joe Jimenez and super-utilityman Niko Goodrum.
