Tigers Prospect Daily: Wade Gaynor homers as Erie tops Trenton for a 2nd time

Former Detroit Tiger Quintin Berry and the Pawtucket Red Sox made quick work at the plate, facing off against Toledo and right-handed starter Thad Weber (2-3 8.10 ERA) on Tuesday evening. Weber struggled through three innings of work, as the Sox tagged the Toledo righty for four earned runs on six hits, including a solo home run surrendered to Pawtucket's Matt Spring in the second.

Toledo's only two runs came courtesy of a sacrifice fly by Manny Pina that scored Steven Moya. A sharp single from Dixon Machado would bring home Josh Wilson to give the Mud Hens their only other run.
