Tigers prospect Casey Mize rocked in his return to Double-A Erie

Ryan Carpenter tossed a decent game, and a fourth inning grand slam from Jake Rogers powered the Hens to victory on Sunday. Carpenter allowed two runs over six innings, while the Hens built an insurmountable lead. Willi Castro singled home Dawel Lugo in the first, and they pushed across another run in the second inning on a force after Victor Reyes led off the inning with a double. In the fourth, Ronny Rodriguez led off with a double, and a pair of two-out walks juiced the bases for Rogers.
