Cleveland – Detroit Tigers pitching coach Chris Bosio and his wife drove back to their home in Detroit Wednesday night.
“He’s going to be out for a couple of weeks,” manager Ron Gardenhire said before Thursday night’s game. “The doctors said that’s the best thing for him to do right now. He’s gone through everything he needs to go through and now they want him to sit back and relax a little bit.”
That’s all Gardenhire or the Tigers are allowed to say about Bosio’s medical condition, which flared up Monday and kept him away from the ballpark Tuesday and Wednesday.
