DETROIT -- Alex Presley is back in center and Alex Avila is behind the plate for the Detroit Tigers as they face Chicago White Sox right-hander Miguel Gonzalez.
Victor Martinez, who left Friday's game in the fifth inning with flu symptoms, has returned to the lineup.
Ausmus said Martinez first reported feeling ill a day earlier, and he decided to get him out of the game early once the Tigers took a large lead.
