The Detroit Tigers suffered yet another blow to an already depleted lineup on Saturday evening, when J.D. Martinez left their game against the Baltimore Orioles with a left knee injury. Martinez fouled a ball off of his left leg in the top of the second inning, but remained in the game. However, after playing just one more inning, Martinez was replaced by Tyler Collins prior to the bottom of the third.
