CLEVELAND -- Tyler Collins, who rejoined the Detroit Tigers on Monday after three months in the minor leagues, will start in left field in the series opener against the Cleveland Indians.
Alex Presley, who has missed the last two days with a nagging oblique injury, will be the designated hitter.
Mikie Mahtook will miss his third consecutive game with groin soreness.
