GRAND RAPIDS - Catcher James McCann knows his primary responsibility with the Tigers is defense, but he looks at what he hit in 2015, didn't hit in 2016 and there's some proving to do in 2017.
"I know that would go a long way toward the success of our team, no doubt about it," he said.
