“I feel like I’m just filling you guys with excuses,” he said Tuesday. “Which is fine. But I don’t feel like I’m in a bad place. As bad as it looks, I don’t feel that bad.”
Norris, after three well-spaced relief appearances, is expected to make his first start of the season on Saturday against the White Sox.
