Though we’ve seen a steady stream of Tigers minor-league signings leaked since the Winter Meetings a month ago, the team made them official on Tuesday, announcing 22 of them. Seven include non-roster invites to Major League camp, including Toledo native A.J. Achter, former Cardinals closer Edward Mujica, former Angels first baseman Efren Navarro, well-traveled infielder Brendan Ryan, utility outfielder Alex Presley and former Giants Juan Perez and Brett Pill.
Others signing minor-league contracts include former Tigers Collin Balester and Thad Weber, along with fellow right-handers Jake Brigham, Waldis Joaquin and Jorge Marban, and lefties Travis Blackley and Anthony Vasquez.
