The Detroit Tigers continue to add minor league players.
The latest are a trio of corner infielders that, according to the Triple-A International League transactions wire, have been assigned to Triple-A Toledo, and a veteran minor league pitcher.
In the past week, the Tigers have signed right-hander Thad Weber, first basemen Efren Navarro and Sean Halton, and third baseman Gabriel Quintana. The Navarro signing was first reported by Comcast Sports Mid-Atlantic’s Rich Dubroff.
All but Quintana have brief major league experience.
