The sun was out for the Detroit Tigers on Sunday as they organization officially retired the number 47 of Jack Morris. A ceremony was held, speeches were given, and memories remembered as the modern Tigers looked to take on Jack’s “other club” the Minnesota Twins in the rubber match of the three-game series. A truly special day for the fans of Jack Morris and the Detroit Tigers. On the day a career came full circle, another began, as the Tigers faced Kohl Stewart, making his Major League debut.
