Now he’s one of 59 players invited to the Tigers’ spring training 2.0 at Comerica Park — and the credit starts with Lance Parrish, the former Tigers great.
“Lance Parrish definitely saw something in me,” he said. “It's a blessing for sure. If it wasn’t for Lance, seeing the other side of me, I could still be a backup catcher or maybe not even playing anymore.
