BALTIMORE -- The Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles won't start on time Saturday night.
Officials have set an estimated start time of 7:30 p.m., 25 minutes after the scheduled first pitch.
The grounds crew covered the infield with a tarp at about 6 p.m. after skies darkened and wind picked up, but there was no significant rain.
The Tigers have already had seven games postponed due to weather in 2018.
Tigers left-hander Francisco Liriano (2-1, 3.13 ERA) is scheduled to face Orioles right-hander Andrew Cashner (1-3, 3.60) on Saturday.
