Nashville, Tenn. – The Tigers got their left-handed reliever on Wednesday.
They obtained 28-year-old Justin Wilson from the Yankees in exchange for two pitching prospects, one of which is believed to be right-handed pitcher Luis Cessa, according to a source familiar with the deal. The Tigers acquired Cessa from the Mets in the Yoenis Cespedes trade last July.
