The SeaWolves headed to Portland, Maine on Monday. They’ll face the Sea Dogs in a three-game set starting Tuesday night.
Elvin Rodriguez struggled in this one, and the offense was silent. Rodriguez allowed two runs in the second inning, but looked to be settling in alright. Unfortunately it all came undone in the fifth and sixth as he allowed two runs in each frame before departing. The bullpen locked things down from there, but the offense managed just four singles.
