Roger Clemens, arguably the most dominant pitcher in modern times, isn't in the Hall of Fame over allegations he used steroids, a topic that comes up wherever he goes.
The 55-year-old, in Grand Rapids on Tuesday to watch his son, Kody, play for the West Michigan Whitecaps, addressed his Hall of Fame omission during a 15-minute meeting with media at Fifth Third Ballpark before the game.
"My situation, I've said it a million times. If it happens, great. Thumbs up," he said. "It's not going to change my life one way or the other. I didn't play my career to worry about being in the Hall of Fame.
