But they are still on the lookout for a utilityman.
They want a player who hits right-handed and can play leftfield and in the infield, general manager Al Avila said at last week’s winter meetings in Nashville, Tenn.
“That process has been a little bit more difficult to complete,” he said. “It’s hard to find because from a free agent point of view, I’m not sure he’s out there right now. He might be. There might be a trade that might get us a better one, I don’t know.
