DETROIT - Rain is falling at Comerica Park and it's going to delay the start of the Detroit Tigers game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
The Tigers said they don't know when the game will start. The first pitch was scheduled for 1:10 p.m.
According to AccuWeather.com, the storm front hitting downtown Detroit is expected to clear the area by about 1:15. But the grounds crew will still need time to remove the tarp and get the field ready for the finale of the three-game series.
Buck Farmer (2-0) is scheduled to start for the Tigers against Tampa Bay rookie Jacob Faria (2-0).
