COMSTOCK PARK - Daz Cameron joined the West Michigan Whitecaps at an unusual time, but he hasn't found it difficult to fit in.
The prized prospect, with five games under his belt with the Whitecaps after 120 with Quad Cities, is already comfortable being in the postseason with a new team.
"The adjustment has been pretty smooth because these guys have made me feel comfortable," he said after Thursday's playoff game against Dayton. "I've been able to adapt pretty quick."
Cameron was one of the main pieces to the Aug. 31 deadline trade that sent veteran Tigers starter Justin Verlander to the Houston Astros.
