Drew VerHagen was hammered by the Bulls, but the Hens fought back and pulled out the victory on Saturday. VerHagen was rocked for a four-run second inning before settling down to get through the fourth with no further issues. The Hens scratched out a run in the second and then got RBI hits from Victor Reyes and Danny Woodrow in the third to pull within one. Jacob Robson provided the tying run on his fourth home run of the season in the fourth. The Hens finally took the lead in the seventh, but Eduardo Jimenez blew the save in the ninth, allowing a run to tie things up and send the game to extras.
