What can we say? It’s a rebuilding year.
The good news is… well, the good news is that it’s already May, I guess, and the team has not dissolved into screaming incoherence yet (I mean this in the literal sense that most everyone on the team is still walking upright and speaking normal human words, so far as we can tell; whether or not their gameplay is currently the baseball equivalent of screaming incoherence is up for debate). The Tigers already played through Boston, and of the two games I was able to attend, they won one of them.
