In his first offseason at the helm as the Detroit Tigers' executive vice president of baseball operations and general manager, Al Avila stayed quite busy. The team made plenty of changes to both the major league and minor league rosters throughout the winter, creating a 25-man roster that is far different than the one that finished the 2015 season in last place.
