Michael Fulmer said he wasn’t sure if he was tipping pitches. He’s concerned enough that he plans to look at video about it on Friday.
Fulmer had his shortest outing of the season and gave up five runs for the second straight start. He allowed nine hits with no walks and one strikeout over 4 1/3 innings.
The Tigers had a 4-1 lead before Fulmer allowed four runs in the fifth. The Tigers went on to lose, 11-4 to the Angels today at Comerica Park.
“Some days whatever you throw, they just get hit,” Fulmer said.
