Detroit Tigers ace Matthew Boyd found himself on the defensive after Wednesday's 4-1 loss against Texas at Comerica Park. He was brilliant at the beginning, dominant at the finish and mostly solid in-between.
So how could he possibly give up three solo homers in one inning, the first two to batters at the bottom of the order with a combined four long balls entering the game?
