Peter Moylan got the call from the Kansas City bullpen as Jason Hammel saw his night come to an end.
Alex Presley was able to work at two-out walk, as was Nick Castellanos. That led to Moylan getting the hook, but the Tigers weren't able to cash in against Scott Alexander, as Dixon Machado struck out swinging to end the frame.
Jose Iglesias grounded out back to the mound and Ian Kinsler struck out swinging to start the inning.

Melky Cabrera grounded out to second, Eric Hosmer flew out to center field and Mike Moustakas did the same as Jordan Zimmermann continues to build on his solid outing tonight in Kansas City.
