Top 8th: Tigers 6, Royals 6
Bruce Rondon put together another solid outing for the Tigers late in a game, setting the Royals down in order in the eighth.
Rondon struck out Alex Rios and Omar Infante, then proceeded to get Drew Butera to foul out to end the inning.
The Tigers have to be happy with what they've seen out of Rondon lately. He's becoming more a pitcher by mixing in his breaking ball, and that makes his 100 MPH heater all the more dangerous.
