Bottom 4th: Orioles 3, Tigers 2
The Tigers went quietly in the fourth for the first time in the game.
Jose Iglesias bounced out to third for the first out. Ian Kinsler grounded to third and Manny Machado made a highlight play on a dive-and-throw to first for the second out. Nick Castellanos was robbed of a soft single to right field as Seth Smith made a sliding catch.

The Orioles struck back in the top of the fourth.
Mark Trumbo reached first to start the inning thanks to a throwing error by Jose Iglesias.
