Ian Kinsler quickly changed that, lofting his third hit of the game into shallow center to lead things off. He would advance no further.
Nick Castellanos nearly went deep, driving in two, but he flew out to the right field warning track for out No. 1. Miguel Cabrera then grounded into a 6-4-3 double play to end the top half of the seventh.
