With the recent news of Beau Burrows’ deserved promotion to the Erie Seawolves, the Lakeland Flying Tigers were no longer represented in the Florida State League All-Star Game.
The Florida State League has listed catcher Arvicent Perez, and pitcher Gerson Moreno on the roster for the contest. The duo have been selected as replacements for the game set to take place this weekend in Lakeland.
Arvicent Perez, currently hitting .240 with four doubles and a home run, has been stronger with the glove in 2017.
