Chris Davis hit a two-run home run in the top of the 13th off Francisco Rodriguez for his second home run in extra innings, lifting the Baltimore Orioles to a 13-11 win over the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.
The Orioles scored three runs in the top of the 12th, but the Tigers came back to tie the game in the bottom of the 12th. But Davis’ two-run shot off K-Rod was the difference.
The Tigers came back from an 11-8 deficit with three runs in the bottom of the 12th. James McCann led off with a double to left off lefty Donnie Hart.
