Indians 6, Tigers 0: Lifeless offense still can’t figure out Cleveland pitching

Welp.

DETROIT — Anibal Sanchez and Mark Lowe both gave up two home runs apiece, and the offense had a mere four hits against Carlos Carrasco. The Detroit Tigers couldn’t get anything going at any point in the game, and lost 6-0 to the Cleveland Indians — their eighth loss to the Tribe this year.

Predictably, Sanchez’s start on Saturday went poorly and he still hasn’t solved the home run problem. It only took the second pitch of the game for the Tigers to be trailing, and three batters for him to give up two homers. His command was next to nil and he got hit hard throughout the afternoon.
