How Detroit Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones is adjusting to 'fighting for playing time'

Detroit Tigers manager AJ Hinch approached outfielder JaCoby Jones in the dugout with a question during Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Comerica Park.

"Is baseball any fun for you?" Hinch asked.

They laughed. But Jones was frustrated.

Jones wasn't in the lineup for Game 2 — Hinch went with utility player Niko Goodrum in left field, rookie sensation Akil Baddoo in center field and veteran Robbie Grossman in right field — and has only played 12 of 19 games this season.
