Detroit Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire addressed injury updates, "Karate Kid," video games and bad dreams during his Friday media session at Comerica Park.

Gardenhire said first baseman Miguel Cabrera, who is on the 10-day disabled list with a right hamstring strain, continues to get treatment.

“They’ve got him on some kind of machine,” Gardenhire said of Cabrera's Friday activity. “They’re going to run him on a little bit or walk him on.
