Fulmer exits in 1st inning with knee injury

CLEVELAND -- Tigers starter Michael Fulmer's outing against the Indians came to an abrupt end on Saturday at Progressive Field, after the right-hander exited with right knee inflammation in the first inning.

Fulmer allowed back-to-back home runs to Francisco Lindor and Michael Brantley, as he threw just five pitches, four for strikes. Fulmer was on the disabled list this season from July 20-Aug. 24 with a left oblique strain.
